NCPA is now known as OMNIA Partners! Clear Winds was previously on both the NCPA contracts for states throughout the Southeast and was also on the OMNIA contract. Since the NCPA is now known as a “wholly-owned subsidiary of OMNIA Partners, All participants registered with NCPA will continue to have access to all contracts.
